- Dual Vision Calibration: Equipped with flying vision cameras and one MARK camera, the machine adopts vision alignment plus MARK correction to guarantee consistent mounting precision.
- Magnetic Levitation Drive: Both X and Y axes use magnetic levitation linear motors for smooth movement, high responsiveness and long-term stable precision.
- Wide Component Compatibility: It supports components from 0201 to 16mm with front camera, and optional rear camera covers 0603 to 40mm to meet various production needs.
- Automatic Nozzle Switching: Three groups of nozzle stations enable automatic nozzle replacement, cutting downtime for different parts switching.
- Dual Programming Options: Compatible with vision teach-in and coordinate file import. Combined mechanical and visual positioning simplifies programming work greatly.
